Tzon El - "Our Zionist Dream"
(Here is an article about "Tzon El") - http://www.tikkunministries.org/newsletters/bi-jun11.php
In Israel, Christians are certainly a minority; and Christians with their
own business are a minority of the minority. Tal and his wife, Adi, are among
this rare group of believers in Jesus (Yeshua in Hebrew) who also have their own business, "Tzon-El Dairy," which means "flock of God" in English.
After pulling up stakes from their Texas home more than 30 years ago,
they went forth on a journey to make Israel their homeland, never having been there before. Now after years in one kibbutz and years in another, they live in a village (a moshav) north of Nazareth and operate a dairy farm where they manufacture quality goat (and some sheep) milk products.
It hasn't been easy to do this, and doing it in Israel presents further
challenges. This video takes you there to Moshav Zippori and their farm.
See what it's like to run a dairy in God's land.
You'll see: a live birth of goat twins, learn about how they milk their goats ... you'll go out to the pasture with about 150 goats as Boaz and Yoav, their sons, lead them: see some of their dairy facilities where Tal makes the cheeses, watch a couple of big bucks butting heads, see how they harvest olives
from their trees to make olive oil, and so much more!
Delightful video as well as educational.
